A technician from ALL ABOUT WATER at 3000 Main St. in West St. Paul came out to have a look at my water softener today. After he did what he needed to do to fix my small problem, I asked how much I owed him. His answer? “NO CHARGE!” I was so touched by this kind gesture! If you ever have problems that are ALL ABOUT WATER, I highly recommend Eric Busch and his amazing crew! I cannot say enough good things about all of them, from the people in the office who answer the phones to the service technicians. Especially though, I would like to extend my sincerest THANK YOU to Eric himself who has been looking after my water issues for the past 5 years. Hello Eric,

Just a short note to thankyou for your water softener system. I wish i had known about it, prior to my purchase of the NUVO system 1 year ago.
As you know, i had to have it removed from our house, due to its continuous leaking and actual poor performance for the water quality.
Hands down, your system is much better, due to a lower cost of operation and a better quality of water.

Just a quick thank you for helping us with our water problems. Over the last 10 years, our water has given us huge headaches. We owned an older style water softener and iron filter that was not working very well (Actually, it was turning my wife’s hair orange!). Anyway, we finally got enough courage to call a water company. Thankfully we called All About Water. You guys were here quick. You spent considerable time assessing the situation and educating us about what type of water we have, and all of our possible options to correct our water issues. Once we opted to replace the old with the new, you guys were here prompt and installing in record time. Your workers were amazing, but to have the owner of the company installing himself speaks volumes for your company. We are extremely happy with our new system and appreciate the care and priority we were given by your team.

Wrestling with words and thinking of so many good things to say regarding ALL ABOUT WATER my wife Patti spoke up and had this to say without a second thought. “If you have water problems then Eric and the staff at ALL ABOUT WATER are the people to call. Thier professionalism, knowlege and integrity are second to none. Our water is now crystal clear and soft. The thousands of dollars we have invested in kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities are now safe. Then one day I stopped in to ALL ABOUT WATER and the receptionist explained what I should do, problem solved! The next problem an ALL ABOUT WATER technician came out and educated me on the system I installed myself that was currently limping along bandaged together by a couple of temporary fixes. We decided to start from scratch as technology had changed – Brand new water system… I cannot say enough good things. Beautiful water (awesome piece of mind) and Eric is like an old friend who can service a water system with his eyes closed while holding a conversation too. I am writing this letter as a testimonial regarding the exceptional service I have had working with Eric at All About Water. I have had complete water systems supplied and installed at my home in West St Paul and now at my home in Oakbank. The installation of the equipment was efficiently and expertly installed. The technicians were on time and courteous. Supplying the correct equipment to treat the water has resulted in excellent drinking water and less salt in the softner.
